We all want to work for a company where we feel engaged. Creating and maintaining a high engagement work environment involves more than just wanting it to be so. If employee engagement is our goal, then we have to tackle the company’s culture: the white space on the organizational chart.  In this ATE session, we will learn the three key elements of every culture and examine what individuals can do to help shift the culture toward one that creates and maintains employee engagement.
